Description

This two-day intensive course equips real estate professionals with the knowledge and tools to confidently serve veteran and military homebuyers. Through expert-led instruction, real-world case studies, and collaborative exercises, participants will gain a deep understanding of the VA loan process, appraisal standards, and veteran-specific benefits in Illinois. The course is designed to improve client outcomes, reduce transaction friction, and strengthen the agent’s ability to market and close VA-backed transactions while upholding the highest standards of service to those who served.


This course is a 2-Day Course. You MUST attend both days to receive the CE Credit.
