The goal of this course is to provide agents with the knowledge necessary to explain to their clients how new assessments and exemptions can affect future house payments. At the end of this course, Licensees will be able to learn what annual exemptions are available for a residential property that is occupied as the primary residence of the homeowner, learn how to estimate future tax bills when assessments increase and/or the current exemptions change, and learn the assessment process and identify if their client could benefit from the process of protesting the new assessment.
